Must I pay for shipping?

Shipping is free for orders of 50 TL and higher. For orders under 50 TL the shipping amount will be added to your order.

When will my products be shipped?

Your products will be prepared and shipped within 2 working days. For orders placed on the weekend or holidays, your products will be shipped within the first 2 following working days. Days may vary during busy periods.

With which shipment company do you work with?
Your shipments will be sent with “UPS”. Depending on the time period, changes may be made regarding the shipment company.
How can I track my shipment?

After your order has been shipped, you will be informed by e-mail. You can also contact our customer services in order to track your shipment.

What should I observe during delivery?

You should accept your order with your ID Card. If another person is at your address, the person should accept the package with their ID card. If you are not at the given address, the shipment company will leave you a note to pick it up at their branch. If you do not pick your package up within 10 days, it will be returned to our storage. Please observe the following while accepting your package from the shipment company employee: If the package is damaged from the outside (torn, wet etc.) ask the employee to fill out a “Damage report” and if the inside of the package is damaged or wrong ask the person to fill out a “Status Report”. You can request these reports from the shipment company employee. If you notice the situation only after the shipment company employee left, you can go the relevant branch and ask the officials to fill out the required form (Filling out a Damage/Status Report after delivery is at the discretion of the shipment company branch). By calling customer services together with the Status/Damage Report you may request a return or exchange. Please observe the following business hours of the shipment company: The company delivers on weekdays on working days from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. The shipment companies do not deliver on holidays and Sundays.

Must I pay for the return shipment?

If you decide to use our contracted shipment companies, you do not need to pay any shipment fees. But if you decide to use another shipment company, you are responsible for the payment of the shipment fees. You can contact our customer services for return shipments.
